ETFO-YR OT/AQ Subsidy
During July and August, please submit AQ subsidy request forms to the ETFO-YR OT office, to the attention of Catherine Sohl. Please mail your request forms, via Canada Post to 30 Eric T Smith Way Aurora Ontario L4G 0Z6. Please visit our website at https://www.etfo-yr-ot.ca for information and requisite forms.
Subsidy requests will be processed and cheques will be mailed in September.

Inquiries regarding removal from the OT Roster
The YRDSB will notify Occasional Teachers who did not meet this requirement by letter, via Canada Post, at the end of July. If you wish to appeal the decision you must send an email to star.team@yrdsb.ca outlining the reason that you did not meet the 30 day requirement to remain on the OT Roster.
The YRDSB recommends that any documents to support an appeal to remain on the Roster be attached to the email/letter of appeal.
Please note that the YRDSB will not review appeals until early November 2026.
